Enjoy our newly furnished 19th penthouse level (top floor) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos in beautiful South Seas (a 55 acre secure gated community) offering magnificent views of Crescent Beach and Marco Island from the over sized balconies. The master bedroom has a king size

bed, the guest bedroom 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have sliding doors that lead to the over sized lanai and all have magnificent views of Crescent Beach and the ocean. The master bath and guest bath are full baths quartz vanity tops and tiled showers. Note: The condo is equipped to sleep 6 people and there is a maximum occupancy of 7 people per unit per South Seas regulations. Our condos are newly furnished and offer free wireless internet. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee makers (Keurig and drip), and blender. There are 3 flat screen televisions (master, guest and living room), all linens and towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, beach cart, and beach toys. The balcony has comfortable chairs, a chaise lounger and a dining table for reading, relaxing, and napping. The South Seas property has a heated pool, picnic/grilling area, fitness facility, covered parking, clay tennis courts, pickleball courts, laundry facilities on each floor, and 24 hour gated security. There are casual and fine dining restaurants nearby, many offering on the water seating. South Seas offers access to 2 beaches...Crescent Beach with beautiful white sand perfect for a long walk or relaxing in a chair with a good book and Tigertail Beach, which is great for shelling. Tigertail Beach is on the great birding trail and has also been named by Coastal Living magazine as one of the 5 Top Secret Beaches in the world! It is serene, peaceful, and beautiful. There are places nearby that rent jet skis or offer parasailing. Several golf courses are also located near Marco Island and Naples. Downtown Naples is 18 miles away with great shopping and dining. Everglades National Park and Everglades City is a short drive (about 40 minutes) and offer air boat and swamp buggy tours (grassland and mangrove) as well as viewing alligators and many different wading birds in the wild. Our property is managed by a property manager on Marco island, who provides around the clock service to answer any questions or maintenance concerns should they arise during your stay. Thanks to Roma for this amazing video - it's a "little stormy" in Marco Island today. Thankfully our guests there are inside safe and have been great at communicating throughout the day on the weather conditions. This is so important to both the guest and us as owners. We put our guests first (above all) and always want to make sure they are safe and comfortable - especially during increment weather. Hopefully this storm will pass by quickly (our guests have already said things were brightening up there) and they will have some beautiful weather (and great shelling) the remaining of the week.

A young white ibis (immature white ibis have brown feathers) joined me. After my walk it was a good time to get in a little pool time. South Seas pool is large, beautiful, and really comfortable after a beach walk.

After a 6.5 miles walk this morning, I am headed to the pool. Larry did a 13 miles bike ride around the island. He is thinking pool as well.

Larry and I walked Tigertail Beach this evening (yes, the entire 5 miles round trip) and did some shelling. We ended up back at the condo just in time for a beautiful sunset. The evening hours are a great time to walk since the temperatures are cooler. This was a good time for shelling with low tide being around 6:40 pm.

A walk down Tigertail Beach today. The water was really beautiful. I always enjoy the peace of this stretch of beach. I truly is my favorite place! I have been to a lot of beaches and Tigertail is the best! It’s also a joy to share this beach with the black skimmers and least terns. Beach walkers on Tigertail always make sure the Shell Tree is glistening along the turquoise waters.
