The S.S. Jolley Bridge, originally named the Marco River Bridge, officially opened in December 1969. It cost $1.5 million to construct and is 1,595 feet long and 55 feet high. A second span was added to the bridge in 2011.

Our island paradise is getting back to normal and is as beautiful as ever! The condo is available November, December, January and then April through the rest of the year in 2018.

GOOD NEWS FOR OUR ISLAND PARADISE! Marco is getting back to normal! 80% of residents and businesses have power restored! Many restaurants are open, grocery stores are open. The beach is still beautiful! Please don't cancel your travel plans, our local businesses need your support more than ever! THANK YOU.

Island Manor survived Irma with very little damage (no structural damage!) and our condo didn't have any damage. We are very blessed and our island paradise will be back to normal in no time!
