Beach Front Vacation on Marco Island

We invite you to share in our little piece of paradise! Marco Island, often called “The east coast’s very own Hawaii!” and rated the #1 island to visit in the USA by TripAdvisor, is located just off the west coast of Naples, Florida. 1170 sq ft beachfront condominium located in Tower III of the private gated community of South Seas Northwest. It’s a snowbirds dream, a couples retreat or perfect family get-away. With 2 full bathrooms, the condo sleeps 4 - Master Bedroom (King sized bed) and the guest bedroom (2 Twin Beds.) Both the living room and master bedroom have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which lead to the lanai. The lanai features a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 swivel chairs, where you can enjoy beautiful views of Marco Island’s famous sunset and relaxing views of the beach. You will find just about everything you’ll need for a relaxing vacation - just pack your suitcase!

The kitchen is fully stocked including a Microwave, Coffee Maker & Keurig, Coffee Grinder, Electric Kettle, Blender, electric mixer and Toaster. Wake up to coffee on the lanai while you enjoy the beach view. The living room has both a TV and DVR; the Master bedroom has a wall mounted TV. You will find plenty of towels for bath and beach, along with extra pillows, blankets and a change of linens for the beds.

You will find everything you need for the beach including chairs, foam noodles, beach games, 2 boogie boards, a float, a beach bag, a soft cooler, a hard plastic cooler, an umbrella and collapsible cart with large wheels so you don't get stuck in the sand!

Looking for more exercise than a walk on the beach? Spend time in the 24 hour fitness room located off the lobby.
