Go Forest Bathing and Sand Dollar Boat Tours are introducing forest bathing wellness programs on the beach in the Ten Thousand Islands.

Guests depart from San Marco Marina in Goodland for a 20-minute boat ride to a barrier island. The 90-minute nature-based forest bathing will include immersive experiences with the sand and water. Upcoming dates are Wednesday, Dec. 18 and Saturday, Dec. 21 and will include sunset viewing. The special introductory rate is $99 per person. Book at SandDollarShelling.com or call 239-301-8913.
