Minutes to fantastic shops, restaurants, and Residence Beach, this waterfront 4BR/3BA home on Marco Island boasts a prime location. Floor-to-ceiling windows, beachy artwork, and tropical accents throughout the house inspire island-style tranquility, while upgraded furnishings ensure a comfortable stay.

Relax in two spacious living rooms or enjoy lounging and dining on the enclosed lanai overlooking the canal. The property also has a private dock that’s perfect for fishing or relaxing.

LIVING AREAS

Spend quality time together in the open-concept living area outfitted with a spacious sectional sofa. Watch the latest films on the 51” TV with DirecTV, or simply enjoy fantastic views of the canal.

A second living area offers a sofa, accent chairs, and a flat screen TV with DirecTV and a DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen overlooking the canal offers ample counter space, modern appliances, and all the gadgets you need to prepare tasty meals.

Three can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the four-person table or dine al fresco on the private lanai.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This one-story home sleeps eight guests total in four bedrooms.

Retreat to the quiet master suite, which features a king bed and sliding glass doors that open directly to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom offers updated tile flooring, two vanities, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom / entertainment area has a queen-size murphy bed with its own private bath.

The third and fourth bedrooms provide two twin beds in each (one set will conform to make a king). These rooms share a full bathroom with a vanity and a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy leisurely afternoons of saltwater fishing off the private dock, or spend the day on the water. Your rental offers mooring for one boat, as well as a trio of Adirondack chairs perfect for dockside lounging. A fishing poles are also provided.

Your screened patio has plenty of seating for poolside lounging and alfresco dining. The heated pool mirrors Marco Island's blue skies. Plenty of pool toys maximize the fun!

As evening falls, relax with a cold beverage on the screened lanai. When you’ve worked up an appetite, fire up the gas grill and dine as the sun sets over the water.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Fishing poles, bikes for riding, foldable beach chairs, and a pull along wagon to carry accessories to the beach is also provided.

THE LOCATION

This waterfront property is the ideal home base for exploring Marco Island’s many treasures. Get out on the water from your private dock and enjoy boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, or fishing. Head to Residence Beach to play in the surf or schedule an adventure on the Gulf with Sea Gone Fishing.

Marco Island is famous for its sunsets. Head to picturesque Tigertail Beach or Residence Beach to take in the view.

After a day of outdoor adventures, explore the island’s local fare. Enjoy fresh seafood with a view at CJ’s on the Bay, or venture to Joey D’s for delicious Italian. The supermarket, coffee shops, and many more great eateries await.
