One of the hardest spots to photograph in our home, no matter what time of day…but couldn’t let the summer go without sharing this needlepoint piece. Probably the first ever vintage summer/patriotic piece that I bought. I found it years ago at an auction. I absolutely love it!

I'm going to rant for just a sec....
Being a small business owner these days is hard enough, but it's even worse when your social media posts aren't being seen because you are unwilling to pay for promoting said posts....
Lately we've been getting 20 or so likes on our posts... But you consider we have over 17k followers... That's wayyy less than even 1% of our followers. I know I'm biased, but I don't think it's because our posts suck 😂
So if you're seeing this post, please give it a like. Maybe drop a comment? Possibly even a share? To remind people we are still here 🙋🏼‍♀️

Another fun theme for summer! I kind of accidentally started a small ice cream scoop collection a few years ago. They just started showing up in large lots that I would buy at auctions. Then, I stumbled upon the ice cream box and the little cups. It all makes the perfect summer decor combination!

Please read….

I have NOT been getting many notifications when customers comment on my posts. This has always been an issue, but lately has been even worse. Don’t know why, but it’s happening.

So, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if you have a question about something, shoot me a message. I almost always get the message notifications

I have also been tagging everyone in my posts lately. I believe that this has caused many to leave/unfollow my page, BUT, it is also making it so everyone sees the posts. I have so many people tell me that they don’t see my posts on their feed. So, I apologize if this is annoying! lol. I believe that you can still follow me and turn off my notifications if you don’t want to get them all the time.

Also, if you want to purchase an item, it is best that you go directly to the website to do it. I have had many people message me about buying an item (wanting to use cash or Venmo instead) and then it’s purchased on the website by another customer before I even see the message. I realize that some people would rather pay cash, but you run the risk of it being gone if you don’t purchase it online. Lately, most everything that I have posted is available on the website. Go buy it on there before it’s gone! 👍🏼😄

Finally…remember that I work (teach high school) outside of this side hustle and may not get to your messages right away. I try to check my phone throughout the day but some days I just can’t.
