Today I received an email from a guest who is sailing on DCL in a concierge stateroom. About a week ago, I crafted an email to the concierge to make their requests, and I made sure that it was sent at just the precise time that it needed to be sent. Her email stated that their request for a Cabana on Castaway Cay confirmed today, and it was the number that they wanted as well. When I read it, I did a little dance in my chair (then I laughed at myself)...and then I realized that this feeling... the feeling I had in that moment is why I love helping guests plan their vacations. I loved sharing in her excitement for her upcoming trip and being able to help her plan to create some of the most amazing memories that they will keep with them forever.

So while sometimes the nights are long, and the midnight bookings followed by the 6 am bookings can be rough, this is my why. Helping you curate the best vacation for you family and sharing in the joy it brings every step of the way is why I love what I do! 🥰

Disney Cruise Line shared more details on the expansion of its award-winning fleet...including the introduction of a new class of vessel! They will also be adding a fourth ship to the Wish Class to join the Wish, Treasure and Destiny. These ships, which will debut between 2027 and 2031.

I wanted to hop in and say happy new year and even more importantly, thank you to all of my guests who have allowed me to become a part of their vacation memories this year!

In 2024 I set out to achieve a big goal - and was proud to meet that goal in December with all of your support!

Working on my 2025 goals now - hoping to crush 2024 and add a few of these fun ones in as well!!

Our final day at Disneyland started bright and early with a rope drop to purchase the famous Disneyland candy canes. After we secured those, we spent the morning riding classic rides, including Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, Alice in Wonderland, and the tea cups. We then headed back to the Grand Californian for a character breakfast at Storytellers with Mickey and friends in their Christmas pajamas. after a much needed nap, we spent the evening back in California Adventure, revisiting some of our favorite attractions, and then ending the night with a World of Color Dessert Party.

This was a trip that I had looked forward to for so long, and loved seeing the magic of Disney in the eyes of my teenagers. I was so excited that my niece was able to join us and we definitely created some memories that will last a lifetime!!!

Our first full park day at Disneyland was a crazy busy day of park hopping as we used the new Lightning Lane Premier Pass. The new Premier Pass allows one time entry in to each Lightning Lane with no scheduled time slots. Our day spanned both theme parks (with a little break in between back at our resort) over almost 15 hours! We were able to do EVERYTHING we wanted and even had time for some iconic snacks!

Candy cane mission was successful! We were about the 15th people in line. They are bubble wrapped for safe transport home, but here is a video of them hand making them- so fun to watch!

Has anyone ever tried the iconic candy cane from Disneyland? These are hand made, and sold in very limited quantities. Today we set alarms early to see if we can possibly secure them! Lots of guests at the gate an hour before park opening, will keep you posted!

We made it!! We spent our first evening exploring Disney California Adventure and then Downtown Disney. We came back to the Grand Californian for some time in the hot tub, and now bed and ready for a busy park hopping day tomorrow!

Stepping in to the Haunted Mansion Parlor aboard the Disney Treasure it’s like stepping right into the classic attraction! This spooky space features ghostly portraits, dim lighting, and an atmosphere that makes you want to sit and stay for a while! The drinks are all uniquely themed, and you could spend your entire visit, trying to take in every detail and still miss something!

While we were there, we were in the presence of former imagineer and designer of the original (and famous) Haunted Mansion wallpaper, Taina McKnight Norris! So cool to see her take in her own work!

Where can you get entertainment like this INCLUDED in your dining experience on vacation?! 💃🏼

🌹Plaza de Coco had not only amazing food, but the show is so touching as it picks up with Miguel as a teenager celebrating Dia De Los Mu***os!

First day on the Disney Treasure has been amazing! Lunch at Mickey and Friend’s Festival of Foods, tours of the kids clubs and nursery, dinner at 1923 then some much needed time to relax!
