Let's talk FOOD ALLERGIES and DIETARY RESTRICTIONS at Sandals and Beaches Resorts!

I'm sure most of you do not know this, but our son has severe food allergies to all Dairy, Eggs and Peanuts, so he cannot have even small amounts of these foods. We carry his epi-pen with us at all times.

❓So how did we handle that on our vacation to Beaches Turks and Caicos❓❓❓

Every single Beaches Resort and Sandals Resort has a culinary concierge to handle food allergies and dietary restrictions!

This was the process:
🥛 Each day we looked at the menu's and decided where we wanted to eat
🥜For each meal, we filled out a form that outlined the allergy, what he wanted to eat and the approximate time that we would be at dinner, lunch, or breakfast. You can choose virtually anything on the menu and they will try to prepare it for you without your allergy ingredient.
🥚We turned it into the culinary concierge and that was it!
🍞 Each night we would arrive to dinner around the time that we listed on the paper and his food was prepared safely and ready for him when we arrived! It was truly fantastic!
🍤 They will even make treat boxes with desserts that are guaranteed safe, that you can pick up in the concierge office each day.

A few things to note:
- They do outline on their menu's what is dairy free, vegan and vegetarian, so you don't always have to fill out a paper.
- Once we got our bearings at the resort, we were able to get breakfast and lunch every day without filling out a form, because we found hot dogs and fries and grilled meats that he could eat, that we knew were safe.
- They even had vegan frozen yogurt 3 days in a row at the new Frozen yogurt shop and prepared vegan Mac n cheese for him at the Mac n cheese truck!

They handled his allergies perfectly and I was thoroughly impressed.

You will get this level of attention at every single Sandals and Beaches, especially if you use me to book your vacations. I will make sure that the culinary concierge is aware of your allergies and walk you through the process!

Sandals South Coast is an absolutely stunning resort that is perfect for beach lovers and pool people!

What else do I love about this resort?

🌴90% of the rooms are beachfront
🌴It sits next door to a 500 acre nature preserve, so there are no other hotels on either side. (This makes for a quiet and serene beach!)
🌴The beach is gorgeous, and I especially love the seclusion of the beach past the bungalows
