We are honored to offer our family home of almost 70 years and welcome you to be our guest.
Step back to a bygone era where families had a slower pace of life and could genuinely enjoy the company of those closest to them. Without the distractions of the busy lifestyles that are so prevalent today, they enjoyed the sound of river flowing by and the gentle breezes off the water while sipping a tall glass of iced tea on the porch and watching the kids play on the lawn. This family homestead located on one of the most spectacular spots on the San Marcos River was built in 1920 and has been in the family of the current owners now since 1950. Lovingly restored and brought into modern times by the very people that were raised within the walls, the history and sense of peace and pride that permeate the space is apparent to all that enter.
