One of our favorite memories popped up on Facebook today and thought we would share!

I was going through vacation withdrawals today (which is easy when your business involves eating, sleeping, and breathing Disney) so I was flipping through photos from our last vacation and found this photo.

This is the moment that I completely fell in love with Disney Cruise Line. This photo was taken literally less than an hour into our vacation and every expectation that I had of this vacation was met and exceeded. I've sold Disney Cruise Line for years, completed training, read books, and sat through numerous seminars on the brand so saying my expectations were exceeded was no small feat.

We had just completed our 5 day Walt Disney World vacation and after being in the hot Florida sun with two small children we were all worn out and ready to relax. We sat down for our first lunch and Abigail ended up making a huge mess and was screaming. It was past nap time, she was worn out from a long week, it was just not a good moment.

We kindly asked our server if we could get a wet napkin and with a huge smile she obliged. We continue finishing our meal and she comes back and before we could even say thank you she was bent down with Abigail and started to wipe her hands while singing Disney songs to her. Within a few seconds Abigail stopped crying and was grinning from ear to ear. It was a complete 180!

I am not going to lie, it brought a tear to my eye. This Crew Member went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best vacation experience possible and seeing my daughter change her mood so quickly and being so happy that this Crew Member got down to her level to interact with her was just amazing. We just asked for a wet napkin, that's it.

Disney Cruise Line's service is like Walt Disney World on steroids. Just when you think people couldn't be any nicer or be any more helpful, DCL takes it to another level. There's a reason the ships almost always sail at full capacity and it's not solely because of the entertainment, the destinations, or the food. It's because of the Crew Members, those people work their butt off to make sure those ships are spotless and that everyone is having the best vacation experience ever.

I know this sounds like a sales pitch and I guess I am just wired that way since I sell something that I believe so deeply in, but if you have ever considered a Disney Cruise Line vacation it's totally worth every penny.

🎄 Holidays at Walt Disney World: A Peek Into Our Family’s Magical Trip! 🎄

The holiday season at Walt Disney World is pure magic, and our family had the most unforgettable time soaking in all the festive cheer! Everywhere we turned, there were breathtaking decorations, joyful music, and moments that felt straight out of a Christmas movie.

Here are some highlights from our trip we’re so excited to share with you:
✨ Special Events We Loved: Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom was a holiday dream come true with cookies, cocoa, and snow falling on Main Street! Over at Hollywood Studios, we experienced the brand-new Jollywood Nights—it’s a festive party unlike any other.
✨ A Taste of the Holidays at EPCOT: EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays let us explore how different cultures celebrate the season. And the Candlelight Processional? Goosebumps!
✨ Magical Resort Hopping: Touring Disney’s resorts was one of our favorite moments—each had its own massive Christmas tree and unique décor. The gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian was absolutely jaw-dropping!
✨ The Christmas Tree Stroll at Disney Springs: Wandering through the beautifully themed Christmas trees was such a fun and festive way to spend an evening. We found so many great photo ops and even a few surprises along the way!

Everywhere we went, we found holiday magic that created memories our family will treasure forever.

During our Disney Treasure sailing, we had the incredible opportunity to meet Anthony Gonzalez, the voice of Miguel from Disney•Pixar’s Coco, and Linda Larkin, the speaking voice of Princess Jasmine from Disney’s Aladdin. Both were so kind, but Linda Larkin went above and beyond for our daughter, Abigail. After taking a photo with her, Linda suggested they take another picture together in front of the stunning Jasmine and Aladdin statue in the Grand Hall. It was such a magical and thoughtful moment!
