About Us!

Our business philosophy is that our next closings are most often earned by our performance on our current closings. Our goal is to inspire utmost confidence such that from the initial order request to post-closing documentation, our clients rest assured that we are taking care of their every need.

​We accomplish excellence through our combination of service, convenience and legal knowledge. To serve our clients, we offer an experienced staff of 13, including two attorneys and four closing agents. In the fast moving world of real estate, responsiveness is critical and immediacy is our goal. Regarding convenience, we have three offices throughout the greater Knoxville/Maryville area and will close elsewhere at the behest of our clients. Additionally, with multiple closing agents we offer flexible closing times and accommodate after-hours closings as well.

​Our legal knowledge is the hallmark of Foothills Title. Although Tennessee is one of the few states that allows title practitioners without any legal background, in this litigious time we believe it is necessary to afford legal expertise to all of our clients. Should any anomalies be discovered through the title search, our attorneys expertly resolve them prior to closing.
