This yurt is situated right next door to the Riverrun Lodge and just above several rafting companies and restaurants. ft plus a loft bedroom, air-conditioned with high-speed internet and satellite television. Everything is on one level including entry from parking area (parking is restricted to 3 cars), a well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, full bathroom (shower only), living area, dining area,

two decks and a gas BBQ. Loft has a queen bed and the access is by a secured ladder and you can gaze at the stars thru the large skylight. The living room has a comfortable pull-out queen sofa. The living room also has two recliners, a breakfast bar and a dining room set for 4. Please Note these Non-Negotiable Rental Policies:
Groups of up to 4 persons maximum allowed
Minimum age to rent the house is 21 years
No extra persons allowed over and above rental guests
No Smoking in the house
No parties at the house
Not wheelchair accessible
Parking area is not accessible for an RV or a camper
No fishing cleats, wading boots or river rafting gear inside the house - you will be charged for any damage done to the property
