Quad Quebec

The plan for our trip to the Gaspe Peninsula is finalized and waiting to hear back from a couple places and a BRP dealer to put final price on the trip and rental cost for SxS for those interested in renting a machine.
Our Start-point will be Grande Nature Village in the Chic Chocs. We will check into the lodge on Saturday August 31. We will get familiar with the trails in that area on Sunday September 1st. Then Monday the 2nd we will begin our 280 mile trek to Perce. Monday night we will stay at one of our favorite snowmobile stops, the Motel in Grande Vallee. Tuesday we will complete the 280 miles to Perce. La Cote Surprise is our choice for lodging Tuesday night.
Wednesday we will ride back to Grande Vallee and Thursday back to Grande Nature Village. Our last day of riding will be Friday exploring more trails around Grande Nature Village. Saturday September 7 we will pack up and head back home😖

This will be a great trip making two trips across the most scenic area of the Gaspe, the spectacular North Shore!

Been to this spot at the Gaspe Peninsula dozens of times on snowmobiles and finally going there in the summer. Working on finalizing our plans for our ride at the Gaspe Peninsula August 31-September 7.
We will start from one of our snowmobile destinations, Grande Nature Village in the Chic Chocs. We will stay there and ride for the first two days, then a two day ride to Perce and two days back. We will finish our week out at Grande Nature Village.
The Gaspe is the most scenic snowmobile ride in Quebec so I can’t wait to see it in summer. I will post information on pricing and our itinerary when finalized .

We are gearing up for snowmobile season and I’m working on the next ATV trip😆.
Looking at Gaspe Penninsula first week in September 2024!
We will stay at the grande Nature Village in the chic chocs for the start point and ride in that area for a couple days and then pack up and hit the trail for several days to see the rest of the peninsula!
This will be an epic trip!

It’s time to take the quad trips a little more serious like our Snow tour Quebec trips. We are finishing up a week of riding in launadierre this week and will start planning a week long saddlebag trip for August 2024! Stay tuned.

It’s great to see so many people already planning their 2024 snowmobile trips with Snow Tour Quebec! Our Valentines week couples trip is now full and we added a second week at Auberge du Vieux Moulin. One Gaspe trip is filled with a group and the other is almost full.

We have a trip planned for September 2-9 that is already filled up. We will post our next trip!

WE are heading up to our favorite Lodge,
Auberge Du Vieux Moulin for a week of riding before hunting season closes a lot of the trails and then moves into Snowmobile season. September 4-11. Hopefully we can resume our normal schedule of riding in 2022!

Well once again the border opening has been postponed for another month to September 21 and that could easily get postponed again.
Hunting season closes a lot of the trails where we ride so sorry to say, our quad trips for 2020 like a lot of other functions are not going to happen!
We really need to keep our fingers crossed for our snowmobile tours now. Please follow Snow Tour Quebec for updates!

I hate to have to post this but it will be necessary to cancel our August 15-22 quad trip due to the border closing. The opening was scheduled for July 21st but just got extended for another month. We will try for one more time in September. I will post the dates as soon as I get confirmation from the lodge. Our trip in September last year was spectacular but one of the trails I wanted to take was closed for hunting season so we went to August this year.

We are super excited to hear the talk of opening the border in late July so our August Quad trip will be possible. 7 nights of lodging and six days of riding, including breakfast and dinner each day. We will ride an average of 100 miles a day with a lunch stop of course! SxS and quad rentals are available and this all takes place at our favorite lodge in all of Quebec, Auberge du Vieux-Moulin!
The amenities at this amazing lodge include: indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, complete spa with massage service available, a canoe, kayak paddle board pond, bicycles and gourmet meal on top of it all.
There is no better way to spend a week unless there is snow of course!😁

If you are interested in this fantastic getaway trip with us but don’t have your own machine, no worries!
We can make arrangements for rentals of side-by-sides and quads.
You don’t have to haul it, insure it, buy registration for it, and they are beautiful new machines! You can’t beat it in my opinion!

Finally some good, great news to share!
They announced today that the border into Canada may open on July 21st. That would allow for our August 15-22 quad week at Auberge du Vieux-Moulin. I confirmed with Kevin at the lodge and he heard the same new! Keeping fingers crossed!

We are still hoping to have our August quad trip to Auberge du Vieux-Moulin! The lodge will be open but now waiting on the border crossings to open. I think everyone is ready for an amazing getaway, right?

People have asked, “why do I wait until August for our trips?”

Well there is still cold weather and sometimes snow on the ground until May. Then when the ground finally thaws there is lots of mud and areas that quads will rip up. Then the mosquitos and black flies hatch.

September is a perfect time but many trails get closed for hunting season so our best month is August.
We limit our trips to 10 machines so once our first trip August 15-22 fills up, we will add a 2nd trip!

Our Snow Tour Quebec season has officially ended and it’s time to focus on our Quad Quebec rides!

Our first of the season will be Saturday August 15 - Saturday August 22 at our favorite 4 start lodge in Quebec Auberge du Vieux-Moulin in Saint Emelie. This trip will be 7 nights of lodging and 6 days of riding from the lodge. This includes breakfast and an amazing gourmet meal each night at the lodge. Cost for two people is 2100.00. If you are interested but don’t have a machine we have rental quads and side by sides available to us. Can’t beat riding a brand new machine for a week of riding!
