🌊 Riversweep is Upon Us 🌊⁠
The Catawba Riversweep is one day a year when citizens from all over the Catawba-Wateree River Basin come together to clean up on the same day. October 7, 2023 will be a day when thousands of neighbors come together at dozens of sites from Lake James to Lake Wateree and everywhere in between. It will be a day of hard work, fun, fellowship, and action!⁠

Featherpocket is a Charlotte, NC based 4-piece band, whose musical stylings bridge the spectrum of country, rock, and funk. Drawing influence from the Velvet Underground and Gram Parsons, Featherpocket has a sound that is equal parts timeless and modern. The band consists of Jason Cline on guitar and vocals, Colin Ray on drums, Lexie Trader on bass, and some of Charlotte's best musicians filling out the sound. ⁠

🎵LIVE @ Jam at The Dam 🎵
- The Trick Threat will be bringing their brand of alt pop rock originals! They take an approach to music that focuses on delivering inventive songs with artistic simplicity. Co-founded by lead singer, Alana Flowers Gibson and bassist, Glenn Gibson, their influences include the Beatles and the Eagles, while also incorporating modern indie pop-rock sounds in the vein of Spoon, Tennis, and Wilco. They’re continuously exploring new ways to expand their style and sound.

- This family rock trio from Durham, NC have been playing clubs, festivals and civic events since 2017. High school senior Ella handles the bass. 7th grader Lila is a powerful drummer and lead singer. Papa Jefferson is on guitar and vocals.
