September is National Passport Month! Special in-person events are available for you to apply for your passport in the evening and weekends during the month of September.

Take a quick tour of my Sea Terrace room (8026z) on Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady. Located near the aft of the ship and close to the elevators, the room is perfect for two people. While the beds are typically configured as a queen (as shown in the video) we opted for separate beds, creating an L-shape layout. There is also a tablet in the room and it controls everything! Literally. lol. The lights, the curtains, the tv…..ere’thang. Yes for technology!

Would you opt for a Sea Terrace room on Virgin Voyages or would you prefer a bigger room or a bigger bathroom even?

Utopia of the Seas is the world's SECOND largest cruise ship. It will be based out of Port Canaveral, FL. You can take a quick 3 or 4 day cruise on this beauty! (Perfect Day at Cococay or Nassau AND Perfect Day at Cococay)

It's June of 2024. People are already contacting me for 2nd Quarter 2025 vacation planning.

I'm asked often, "How far in advance should one start planning for a vacation?"

My response, "When you start thinking about it, call your Travel Agent."

Going over your desired travel dates and pricing with your agent will allow you and whomever you invite to travel with you to properly plan.

Your agent will be able to let you know the following:
▪️If airfare is available to purchase for your dates
▪️If the resort or cruise line has availability
▪️If you are able to make monthly payments and when the final payment will be due. *There is a spin-off post coming about payment plans.

So, if you're thinking about traveling in 2025 at all, contact your agent. Start the planning process today.

Do you purchase travel insurance / protection when you travel?

When you travel for concerts / events, do you get insurance on those event tickets?

Thousands of folk arrived in Vegas last night, or thousands were flying out today for the Lovers & Friends Festival scheduled for today.....

The Festival was canceled late last night due to inclement weather.

All who purchased their tickets through legit avenues will receive a refund for their tickets, per the Lovers and friends website.

For those who hadn't arrived yet and were thinking about canceling, again, I hope they had travel insurance / protection so they can try to recoup what they spent.

The moral of this post is..... always protect your investments.
