New in 2024 Point Ann Place will be available as a rental venue for a variety of events, meetings and activities. These include, but are not limited to: Anniversary dinners, Baby showers, private Wedding ceremonies, Business meetings, Book clubs or Bible studies, Surpise parties, etc

The home may be rented in hourly increments or for a flat fee eight hour block. Lots of options for limited to full use of kitchen, set up, clean up and serving help. Let Point Ann Place be your gathering space.
