I would like to announce our recent engagement with Coldwell Banker. Coldwell will be managing our sales program and our newly instituted rental program. We also extended our Right to Use Program which enables friends and families of our Owners to use a weekly townhome unit for the low, low, price of $550.

At the annual owners meeting the Board of Directors elected 1 new officer and reelected 2 new officers. Thank you Garrett County Community College for letting us use your great meeting room. Also, thank you to all of our timeshare owners who make the trek down to the lake for the meeting.

Over 20 Lakewood timeshare owners showed up at our semi-annual volunteer work weekend. Our heart felt thanks go out to them for all the work they done. ...painting....inventory....cleaning...even work on furnaces and boilers and sliding doors. It just shows that our Timeshare community is alive and well.
