One of my favorite memories growing up is shopping all the arts & craft shows with my grandma! Pentwater is always a favorite, and we have rental availability this weekend! Make it a ladies getaway weekend with your besties. 😍

We cannot wait for our annual Fall Festival, an Arts, Crafts, and Antiques show! This will be held in the Village Green on Saturday, September 23rd (10am-5pm) and Sunday, September 24th (10am-3pm). We look forward to seeing you all there!

We tend to book up quickly, so if you’d like your same week next year please PLAN AHEAD! Email our property manager NOW to let them know…

1) what week you rented this year and the name it was reserved under
2) that you would like the same week next year 2024 (ex- last week of July is the last week of July)
3) that you saw this post on Facebook!

*2023 dates below* Enjoy stunning views of Silver Lake and the majestic Silver Lake Sand Dunes from your front door! Additionally, all of the Silver Lake attractions are less than a mile away. This 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage sleeps 8 comfortably.

We offer a master bedroom highlighting the waterfront view with a queen bed, an additional bedroom with a queen bed, one room with 2 twin beds and a comfortable full-size pull-out couch in the living room.

The second driveway out back from Edgewood Road provides ample access and parking for multiple vehicles or dune buggies. Play a game of catch on the large back yard, or enjoy your private lakefront with a dock and mooring for your watercraft, fire pit, and a sandy beach for kids to play in. You requested & we listened- new in 2019 is a front yard fire pit! We provide free WIFI and a DVD player. Washer, dryer, and all kitchen appliances (excluding dishwasher) are included.

The 2023 weekly rental rate is $1,755.50 for Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am, which includes rent, cleaning, and 6% Michigan use tax.

May/June/Sept/Oct special is $215/night plus tax & clean, 3 nights minimum.

2023 weeks available: 8/19, 9/2, 9/9

* Renters provide own paper products (paper towel, toilet paper) and linens (sheets, towels, beach towels, kitchen towels). We provide mattress pads, blankets, and pillows.
