Leadership Training Institute is a premiere program for leadership development in the leisure service industry.

This page for past , present and future LTI graduates and future potential LTI participants to have an opportunity to reminisce, reconnect, network, and share leadership experiences. It is an exclusive opportunity for leisure service professionals to expand their awareness, involvement, and potential for growth. This two and a half day program is also designed to enhance the talents of, a

nd renew a sense of commitment among leaders in our field. LTI encourages interaction among its participants and challenges you as it addresses current issues of the profession. It will make you aware of your importance and potential role in the Virginia Recreation and Park Society and other professional organizations. Attendance is mandatory at ALL sessions to achieve graduate status from the Leadership Training Institute. Students must be able to attend the entire Institute. Sessions begin in the early afternoon on a Sunday and conclude mid-afternoon on a Tuesday.
