Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. In it, I intend to introduce two new Rogue Valley businesses that may be of interest to your guests, as well as a brief explanation of why you should recommend us to those who have chosen your great establishment.

The first business I would like to introduce is Rogue Valley Concierge. We are a full service concierge, providing both driving and entertainment accommodations. We aim to meet all of our customers’ needs, be it reservations at a restaurant, tickets to the Shakespeare Festival, or any other of the exciting attractions the Rogue Valley has to offer. We will gladly transport and make all arrangements for the customer. All they have to do is relax and enjoy their time.

Secondly, I would like to tell you about Rogue Valley Photo Tours. With this business, we take people on photography-based sight-seeing tours of our area. We will show people around and where they can capture the perfect picture, at places like Crater Lake, the Oregon Coast, or even on Table Rock. We want our guests to be able to remember their visit to the Rogue Valley with some of the most beautiful pictures they’ve ever captured.

With the above explained, you may still be wondering why you should recommend us. We are starting a referral program, in which the hotel that sends us the most business will receive a reward, such as a catered lunch for your staff. All we ask is that our business cards be placed in each room.

Editing a few of the shots I captured on our Southern Oregon Coast Photo Tour. We all had such a good time. This certainly is a different take on the Mary D. Hume tugboat wreck in Gold Beach. Once the client has edited her own photos she will be sharing a few of them with me, and I will share them with you since she gave me permission to do so. Our parent company, Photo Creations, is hiring!

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Finger Print Technician.

Hours are mainly afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

$11.25/hr, potential for 30+ hours a week.
Paydays are the 10th of every month for the entire previous month.

Candidates must be computer literate, Google family literate, have good social media skills, be 18+ years old, and able to pass an FBI background check.

Duties include: fingerprinting clients based on a schedule, taking orders, building invoices, light cleaning, upselling, social media posting, and retail sales. Possibility to train on production and photography when volume picks up. A working knowledge of Photoshop is a big plus, but not needed.

All interested candidates must bring a resumè down to our shop inside the Rogue Valley Mall. Behind the elevator.
