As the year comes to an end I like to look back and reflect on the traveling I’ve done….

This year was one for the books (especially with cruising!)

🏒 January: Headed to Massachusetts for a hockey tournament
🏟️ February: Virginia for another hockey tournament and then NJ for the Stadium Series game!
🪄 March: Second Story’s Annual Conference to WDW and Universal. Then headed back to WDW for Easter with the family!
🚢 April: kicked it off in Disney, then our annual Framily Cruise with the best! After the cruise we road tripped home, making a stop at Disney’s Hilton Head resort
🏒 May: Connecticut for a Hockey Tournament
🎂 June: WDW for Cole’s 7th birthday and Chase went to Ohio to play in the Nasher cup
🎥 July: headed to the west coast and ended the month in Universal Hollywood!
🏰 August: this was a coast to coast month- started in Disneyland and ended in WDW
We enjoyed Disneyland for Chase’s 13th birthday then at the end of the month I headed to WDW for a VIP tour with SST, enjoyed the Halloween party with friends and then Corey and I enjoyed a weekend in Disney!
🚢 September: The cousins of the Framily group headed on the Magic to celebrate the older kids 13th birthdays!
🏒 October: Traveled for Hockey!
🚢 November: Cole and I took my mom on a Merry time Sailing on the Disney Dream and it was magical
🧙 December: Spent 24 hours in WDW embracing all things Christmas, then headed to Universal as I was invited to their very first Symposium which was incredible! Then ended the month at Hershey with the family to keep the Christmas magic going.

Wow! It was some year…..
I worked hard, learned a lot and prepped myself to make 2025 even better!! I cannot wait to see what the new year brings.

Out of office for the weekend!

We are embracing the Christmas magic in a Tiny Home at the Campground in Hershey.

These tiny homes (only 2!) were built at the Hershey school and they are AMAZING. The boys are loving it.

We settled in today, went ice skating, had dinner at our favorite spot, the Bear’s Den, and now building a fire before heading out to see Sweet Lights.

Unplugging, enjoying Christmas as long as we can and spending time as a family this weekend. ❤️

Yesterday’s Universal U-Preferred Symposium key note speakers were EPIC!

Hearing from some of the minds behind the vision of Universal Studios and the new upcoming projects was truly an honor. I am so grateful to be a travel advisor and help clients come to such an incredible travel destination!

Today’s talks included fun up and coming things like….
🌍Epic Universe with with 5 amazing Worlds (opening May 22, 2025)
🏎️ Fast and Furious: Hollywood Drift in Universal Hollywood
🧟 Universal Horror Unleashed in Las Vegas in Area 151 opening in 2025
🎉Universal Kids Resort opening in Frisco, Texas in 2026

And then of course, in Universal style, we got to meet some fun characters for photo ops and laughs!

I finished my night off by visiting the Wicked pop up, wandering through Diagonal Alley and watched the new nighttime show at CineSational.

We, as part of the U-Preferred Symposium we got to enjoy the Brand New DreamWorks land in Universal Studio.
Having this land to ourselves gave us the opportunity to enjoy all it has to offer & let me tell you, it has something for everyone!

The area is beyond adorable and offers a range of character experiences, shows, snacks and of course merchandise

Last night I checked into the Universal Studios U-Preferred Symposium.

We got our badge and bag full of incredible swag, and then checked into the beautiful Sapphire Falls resort. I love this resort because it’s a quick water taxi ride to the City Walk which leads right to the parks.

Once we were all settled, we headed to Universal to kick off the symposium with an exclusive event at the new DreamWorks land. We had the land all to ourselves! It was AMAZING!!
Universal treated us to a variety of delicious food items, and beverages while we got to enjoy characters, rides and shows.

Today we will be participating in discussions with various guest speakers and learning from some of the best at Universal!

I love getting to attend these learning opportunities so I can provide the absolute best information to all of you, my clients.

Spent the last 24 hours soaking in all the magic of the holidays at Walt Disney World from Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party, seeing the decor at Hollywood and enjoying the cookie stroll at EPCOT. But now it’s time for the reason I am here in Florida…..

For the next few days I will be attending Universal Orlando’s first ever Symposium event, representing Second Story Travel. It was such an honor to be invited to this event and I cannot wait to see all that is planned.

Travel Tip Tuesday! A rainy day in Disney is better than a rainy day at the office! ☔️ When it’s raining in the parks grab a poncho and keep going! There are so many things to do in the parks while it’s raining. In Animal Kingdom, hop on the safari. The animals love the rain! In EPCOT & Hollywood Studios there is many rides and shows indoors that can keep you dry! You may even catch the Rainy Day parade if you are in Magic Kingdom so embrace the raindrops and have some fun!! ✨ 🏰

It’s beginning to look a lot like….. Winter ❄️
