We are hiring! We are seeking highly motivated Administrative Assistant and scheduling coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have experience in A/R, a working knowledge of Quickbooks, proficient in Excel as well as other administrative duties as assigned. Scheduling appointments of our irrigation division is part of the position with scheduling intensely in spring and fall. Answering phones, taking materials orders as needed, processing of receipts for our mulch & loam company and time tracking of jobs. This is a fast-paced environment where we all work together to the benefit of our customers.
Scheduling experience is a plus with scheduling software and or eagerness to learn. Communicate effectively and courteously with customers.
This is a part time- full time position 30+ hours in season (season is March through November) Pay is based on experience and possible benefits.

We are still performing irrigation closings.
If you have not had your irrigation system winterized please contact the office to schedule. We still have some availability for next week.

Winter ice can wreak havoc on pipes and sprinklers. If water freezes when trapped in a rigid, enclosed space, the expanding ice will stress and possibly crack or break whatever is enclosing it. Our annual Winter Shut‐Down Service is recommended to protect your irrigation system.

The Winter Shut‐Down Service involves shutting off the water flow and removing all standing water from the irrigation pipes, valves, and sprinkler heads with a suitably sized air compressor, this will prevent the damage caused by frost and by the volume expansion that occurs when water turns to ice.
