What about a paddle around the lake? The Lily Pad offers a peddle boat, a 3 person canoe and two Kayaks...something for everyone. These three young ladies enjoyed a weekend away with Mom. What about a Daddy/Son weekend of paddling and fishing and swimming and hot tubbing and fire pitting?

I guess all that cold and snow is getting to some people! Our dates are filling up fast so if you were thinking about making a trip to Florida and want to stay in our Lily Pad, visit our Airbnb calendar to see what dates are still available. Sometimes we just block out dates to stay there ourselves so if a date is blocked, ask to see if we have another guest staying or if we can free it up for YOU! We might be having some cooler weather right now but not as cold as just a few miles north. Perfect for firepits and S'more!

We just had a family check out today and they were such a delight. Came from Atlanta area to spend a quiet time on the lake. I invited them to take the firepit down to the lake to enjoy the fireworks and they spent over 6 hours there, fishing and cooking and enjoying the peace and quiet until a few fireworks were set off (not as many as past years - maybe too cold or they are getting too expensive! Anyway, this is perfect weather for fishing, boating and campfires and that hot tub sure come in handy if you are chilled. Thank you to everyone who shares. Rates are reduced during January!
