My very first cruise was not until I was 38 years old, when I had the luxury of sailing out of New York harbor to Nova Scotia. There was something so spectacular about sailing past the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island where my ancestors entered this country for the first time. Since then, I have seen the glaciers of Alaska, the beaches of the Caribbean, spotted whales off the coast of Halifax,
and visited the quaint villages of the Mediterranean. I've cruised the Danube in the snow, swam with stingrays and dolphins, waterskiied off the coast of Portofino, and explored an ice cave under Mendenhall Glacier. All this from the safety and comfort of a cruise ship. Beyond the excitement of the shore excursions, while aboard I enjoy the first class entertainment, excellent meals, relaxing spa treatments and broad range of activities. But my favorite thing of all is sitting on the deck watching the world go by. As much as I love going on cruises, I get just as much satisfaction from insuring my clients have the experiences that they desire. Accomplishing this is what separates me from my competitors. This means understanding my client's wishes and being able to recommend the perfect vacation based on his/her needs. Being the best means being an expert on the cruise industry, its ships and its destinations. I must know how to translate my customers' dreams into reality. I want every client to feel that I am providing specialized service and that he/she is a valued client, whether it's their first time cruise to the Bahamas or a World Cruise. There is nothing that makes me happier than when I call my client upon their return and they tell me what a great experience they had and how they can't wait to have me help them plan their next cruise. After all, ensuring my customers' happiness is the key to my success. Please give us a call @ (800) 278-3005.
