I’m sure by now you’ve all heard about the wild fire in Maui. The devistation and destruction that’s fallen upon that wonderful community is unimaginable.
Your Happy Place is in the process of partnering with a group to donate a portion of all massage proceeds, from now until November, to help support individuals affected by this tragedy. This will not increase the price of your massage but you are welcome to donate extra if you feel so inclined!
We just want to give back the Aloha spirit to a community that brings Aloha to millions of strangers from around the world!
We know Maui is strong. We just want them to know they don’t have to struggle on their own!

Hey there Everybody!
We hope you all made it safely through the storm last night!
Those strong winds may have blown heavy things around so be careful while moving them back to their designated locations! If you happen to hurt yourself while doing so, ICE! Ice the area of inflammation for the first 24-48 hours, then alternate starting with Ice then heat for the next 72hours. Two hours a day, 20min on, 20min off.
Ice reduces inflammation and allows the body to assess damage, heat brings back circulation to the area and promotes speedy recovery!
After that, book your massage! Pulled/stretched muscles, thrown out backs, and sore achey bodies can all be remedied with massage. By Pin pointing the affected area we can reduce connective tissue adhesions and the build up of muscle tension both ultimately improving or keeping your range of motion to how it was before the injury!
