How do you deal with difficult people in your life?

1. Refuse to be offended. Proverbs 19:11 (GW) says, "A person with good sense is patient, and it is to his credit that he overlooks an offense."

2. Don't wait for an apology to forgive them. The Bible says in Colossians 3:13, "Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others." (NLT).

3. Refuse to gossip about them. In Proverbs 17:9 the Bible says, "Whoever forgives someone’s sin makes a friend, but gossiping about the sin breaks up friendships" (NCV).

4. Refuse to play their game. In 2 Corinthians 4:2 Paul says, "We reject all shameful deeds and underhanded methods. We don’t try to trick anyone or distort the word of God. We tell the truth before God, and all who are honest know this" (NLT).

5. Refuse to cave in. Paul said, "We have freedom now, because Christ made us free. So stand strong. Do not change and go back into the slavery of the law" (Galatians 5:1 NCV).

6. Always take the high ground. Romans 12:14 (GNT) says, "Ask God to bless those who persecute you—yes, ask him to bless, not to curse."

New changes coming soon!

We’re continually evolving to meet the needs of our Customers. That’s why we’re excited to announce some big changes designed to enhance your Customer Experience—still delivered with our same Southwest Heart:

✅ Assigned seating (expected to become bookable in 2025)
✅ Premium seating options (expected to become bookable in 2025)
✅ Red-eye flights (now available for booking on https://swa.is/4c1dQdk!)

The research is clear and indicates that more than 80% of Southwest Customers prefer an assigned seat. These changes come as a part of our ongoing commitment to enhance the Customer experience, including faster WiFi, new in-seat power, larger overhead bins, and more comfortable seats.

For now, it's business as usual - we're working hard to meet Customer expectations and expect seating changes to become bookable in 2025.

We look forward to welcoming you onboard with the same Southwest Hospitality that you know and love. Learn more about these upcoming changes: https://swa.is/4cVnAY2
