This house matched the description and pictures. The river view was beautiful in the fall. The house was very clean and accommodating for our big family. There is a lot to do with the town being so close. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Our Broad Street Riverview Retreat has availability in January and February. There are trails to hike, ski or snow shoe if we get snow this year. Less than a block you will find 2 Old Fashioned Supper Clubs, an Uptown style restaurant, 2 breweries, 2 coffee and sweet shops, a game room, a 3D printing shop, salons and spas... there is so much to do you will not need to get in the car for a week! We had a great stay! The place is amazingly well equipped in the kitchen and office area. It also has a great separate workout room with a great view. They have done a great job renovating a beautiful old home and it has everything you could want for a rental.

What a beautiful home, peaceful neighborhood and walkable to everything!! I rented the Broad Street home for myself, husband and all of our grown children so we could attend my nephews wedding in Appleton. We all traveled from different states to be together for this amazing long weekend together. The home had plenty of space for everyone and was extremely comfortable. The three bathrooms made it possible for all of us to get ready for the wedding. The backyard right on the river was my favorite part. Thank you Kim for sharing your amazing home with us!!!

1. Calendar and Appointment Management:

Absolutely nothing needs improving. You gave lots of info on what was around the area. We all loved being able to rent your home. Such a peaceful place. And the neighbors were great. We even went to the bar across the street to have a drink with Julie. LOL

I need need need a contractor who can come to our home and dig 16 x 3 feet deep and 3 foot wide holes for some bushes and pop them in, add the compost I have, around them along with the dirt taken out of the whole, and push our rocks back onto the bottom. I need it done ASAP to save the plants.

We had a new guest at the Broad Street Riverview Retreat (our Airbnb in Menasha on the river near the downtown) and they left us such a nice review. It feels really good making people happy.

This was my first time using Air bnb and it was the best experience ever that I don’t think I would ever go back to staying at hotels ever again. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Kim had everything provided in the home and even provided us with great places to check out during our stay! The places she recommended were great! The neighborhood was so calm and peaceful! The best part was waking up every morning and having the lake as our view! The house was absolutely stunning and I would definitely come back! Aliza

Every year we have a turtle parade from our pond. The Turtles come out of the pond, go through the yard to the marsh across the street to mate. This time of year you have to be careful where you walk and drive. Be on turtle watch so to speak. Haha
