We will apply your money to a future Scrappin' Escapes event or issue a refund. Less than 30 days to the event, we will not to issue a refund due to commitments to our event locations. As of January 1, 2021, we have

reverted back to our normal cancellation, payment, and refund policy (please read below)

our precautions and procedures. Face masks are required in all areas of the hotel if it is posted. Scrappin Escapes is no longer requiring masks in the conference rooms. You may wear a mask if you prefer
Hotel offers hand sanitizer stations
The location of our event has their own sanitizing procedures. You will receive those procedures when you receive your event email or check the hotel site for their precautions

Registration Policy:
Each guest must pay a $50.00 Non refundable/transferable deposit to secure a retreat spot. Your deposit is part of your balance towards a retreat. Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Deposit's cannot be transferred to another individual. Transfer's
Beginning June 1, 2021 we are no longer allowing on time transferring of deposit's. Any previous event deposit transfer that you have in our records can only be used towards deposits of future events. Previous transfers cannot be used to pay balances of existing registrations. Previous transfers are based on spaces available at scheduled events. Cancellation Policy:
3 months or more out from the scheduled event – Full refund minus $50 non-refundable deposit/service fee
Within 30 days of the scheduled event no refunds or credits will be offered. Scrappin' Escapes reserves the right to resale, use or eliminate your table all together at our event if you choose not to attend. Any cancellations that are not submitted in writing via email or FB messenger will not be considered valid. Any refund of any kind will not be given until after
the event and it is sold out. Payment Policies:
A $10.00 late fee will apply to ALL late payments. Payments are due 60 days prior to the event you are attending. If payment is not received by the cut-off date, reserved retreat spots may be released for sale and all money paid will be forfeited. If you should need to make a payment after the 60 day cut-off date, please contact us so that we can make a note in our records, the $10.00 late fee will still apply, however this will ensure that your spot is still held. Rooming Policy:
Roommates: Guests are responsible for providing the appropriate number of roommates based on the room type selected at the time of registration. Scrappin’ Escapes is not responsible for providing you a roommate(s), the exception is if and when a “SINGLE” registered guest requests to be placed with a roommate if available. In this instance we will only place the guest with one other individual to make up a double room. Change in room occupancy:
If the number of guests in your room should change,
pricing adjustments will be made. If the number of guests in the room decreases then you will be responsible for any additional fees associated with the change in room status. If the number of guests increases and the price should drop then you will be given a refund or credit based on when the changes are made, credits and refunds will be issued based on the time frames referenced in the cancellation policy. Day Cropping:
Day cropping is for individuals that live close by and go home at night. If you have signed up for a day cropping spot and change your mind to stay at the hotel, you must book with Scrappin' Escapes, no exceptions!
