Manager, Retail Experiences

Position Summary:
As the Manager of Retail Experiences, you play a pivotal role within the leadership team at L’Experience Paris. Your mission is to ensure seamless operations across our multiple locations, delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service. You’ll collaborate closely with our central production kitchen to curate menus for onsite dining, retail sales, and catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience Excellence:
o Create a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
o Ensure exceptional service delivery, exceeding customer expectations.
o Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Team Management:
o Lead and inspire retail teams across all locations.
o Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a positive work culture.
o Schedule shifts, manage performance, and handle staffing issues.
3. Coordination Across Locations:
o Oversee consistency in service quality, product offerings, and brand representation.
o Collaborate with location assistant managers to maintain uniformity in guest experiences.
o Implement best practices and share insights across the organization.
4. Menu Development and Coordination:
o Work closely with the central production kitchen to design menus.
o Ensure alignment between onsite dining, retail, and catering offerings.
o Monitor inventory levels and optimize product availability.
Qualifications:
• Passionate Francophile:
o Deep appreciation for French culture, cuisine, and service.
o Knowledgeable about Parisian products and traditions.
• Team Leadership Experience:
o Proven track record of managing teams (including baristas and servers).
o Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide staff effectively.
• Multi-Location Expertise:
o Experience in overseeing operations across multiple retail sites.
o Skilled at maintaining consistency while adapting to unique location dynamics.
• Customer-Centric Mindset:
o Obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer interactions gracefully.
