Do you need a quick getaway to recharge and relax?

Pinnacle view cottage has a few days available still in September if you book quickly.

Just walking up to check on the cottage and had moose prints walking up the driveway, you never know what you’ll see at pinnacle view cottage !

This post is for our 500+ followers here on Facebook, and for the hundreds of great folks that have stayed at Pinnacle View Cottage.

For unknown and arbitrary reason, the Town of Meredith has decided to regulate Short Term Rentals (SRT's) and has come out aggressively against them by limiting how many days they can operate.

As you are aware, this property has a 5-STAR rating and has been in business since 2017, and there has never been a police call, or complaint about any of our guests or property.

This is not only happening here, but in Conway, Freedom, Laconia and other towns and cities across NH and the country.

There is a strong movement to regulate land use through zoning ordinances, and it is being pushed by those that lean to the "left" with the intent of creating more "cost-effective" housing! Meredith has stated that they want to shutter SRT's so that they go on the real estate market :(

If you enjoy VRBO, Air BB and other means to rental homes for short periods of time, it is only going to get harder unless you actively fight this movement!
