Since 1923, when the first cayenne peppers were ground, aged and bottled as Crystal Hot Sauce, Baumer products have been synonymous with quality and service. Today, Alvin A. Baumer, Jr., their son, carries on the business, still personally inspecting the pepper fields prior to harvest to make sure each cayenne is hand-picked at its sun-ripened best. Sauce are shipped out of our Louisiana plant to destinations domestically and in over 20 countries across the world.

We had a jolly good time last night

We had a jolly good time last night at Toups' Meatery with Garrison Brothers Distillery for their annual Christmas in July dinner! Even better, we helped raise over $10K for Toups Family Meal to feed families in New Orleans. The evening was filled with festive dishes and drinks, including a sausage-stuffed suckling pig paired with a housemade Crystal BBQ sauce. Thank you to Isaac and his team for letting us be part of such a fun and meaningful event 🎅✨
