Enjoy your morning coffee or other preferred beverage from your choice of 2 covered balconies. The Sea Pony is short term vacation rental registered with the State of Florida License # DWE1306191 and can be verified online at MyFloridaLicense.com. The Sea Pony is a 3-story townhouse located 1 bock from the white sand beaches of Mexico Beach, Florida. TSP has 2 master bedrooms, each with King beds

and attached full baths. The Mermaid Master has a covered balcony with Gulf view and a bunk area (twins) for the littles. Our 3rd bedroom is on the main living floor with a queen bed. TSP has max occupancy of 6 adults. The bunk area is for children under 100 lbs. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on one of two covered balconies while enjoying the Gulf view. The Sea Pony is a non-smoking and no pet vacation rental. TSP's gourmet kitchen has all your cooking needs and coffee options. We provide staples, you bring the rest. Beach chairs, umbrellas along with wake and skim boards are provided for your use. We are owner operated and provide direct booking option as well as VRBO if preferred. Minimum age requirement to rent The Sea Pony is 25 years. STR license DWE1306191.

Update: the hurricane grew to a CAT 4 late yesterday. Our little town of Mexico Beach and TSP were spared. Please continue prayers for the communities impacted and first responders. The latest hurricane track predictions have tThe Sea Pony at Mexico Beachas a CAT 3 later today. Typically the West side will be less volatile. We expect high winds and heavy rains - possibly 8-12 inches. Our storm shutters are down and The Sea Pony at Mexico Beach is prepped as best we can be. Prayers for all in the path of the storm and the brave first responders 🙏🏻
