Hi there! 👋

Just dropping in with a quick introduction from the owners, Lucille & Thomas! A little about us:

Thomas was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida and spent much of his childhood on Dog Island. But as work got busier, it became harder to get there for a beach getaway. 😔

Lucille (that's me!) grew up in Alaska and NEVER liked the cold, so I was happy to move to the sunshine state in 2010.

About 2 years ago, we found a lot in and built the perfect family beach house, with plenty of room for everyone, and just a 1-minute walk to the beach (it's also a little easier to get to for a weekend getaway!)

Our favorite time of year to go is May and October, and when we aren't down there ourselves, we happily host short-term vacationers. You'll find our listing on VRBO, airbnb, or you can book direct on our website.

A room fit for a Queen 👸

This room, featuring a queen-sized bed, is located on the first level of the home, so it's a good choice for guests who want to take a few less steps, as the remaining 3 rooms are located on the upper level!

With easy access to a half-bath and a private outdoor shower, we've had multiple folks state it's their favorite bedroom in the house. 🚿

Hello from 👋🏻

Both and are fully booked for July but I went down between bookings to drop off some supplies and give my mom (who lives in Alaska!) a quick tour of the houses.

The last time she was in Florida, there was just an empty lot… so we’ve come a long way!

Bonus: we got to enjoy the beach and rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading home to Tallahassee. 😁
