We are excited to share our newest adventure with our friends:

It is with mixed emotions that we are announcing we have sold our condo and closed as of yesterday, June 29th. It was a difficult decision when we chose to put it on the market last year, but knew it was time for us to make a change.

We purchased 302 Summerhouse in 2011. If it hadn't been for our daughter, Lindsey Bryant, we would never have thought it possible for us to own a vacation condo. It was from her encouragement and all of her work in getting things set up for us to start renting, that we had our first renters in 2012. It has been a wonderful experience! Of course very challenging at times as with Hurricane Michael in 2018; but even after that, and Covid, we had more and more people come back. We love Mexico Beach and have made so many wonderful memories with our family and friends, and were blessed with such awesome people that have rented over the years... many who have returned time after time! We will definitely be returning to Mexico Beach ourselves. We want to express our deepest appreciation to all of you for your support.. We would not have been able to make it over these past 12 years without you!

Thank you for the great response to our last post when we opened our condo back up for renters for the next few months. We are now booked thru the end of July. We plan to put our condo back on the market as of April 1st; but, again, those who have booked are guaranteed even if we have a buyer within that period.

I just had to share this "Awesome" sunset that our daughter, Lindsey, took last year while in Mexico Beach. It never ceases to amaze me that each time I see what I think is the most beautiful sunset ever in Mexico Beach....then there is another one that is even more beautiful! Even though Mexico Beach has gone thru one of the worst hurricanes to hit the Gulf Coast and continuing to go thru all the reconstruction, as well as dealing with the "pandemic" still the 'Sunsets' grow more and more beautiful! I believe this is His promise of "Healing" and 'Hope"!
