The Palafito is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath beach house located in beautiful Mexico Beach, Florida, on the canal. The name "palafito" comes from the Native American homes on stilts in coastal regions of Venezuela. The house sleeps 6 (1 king bed, 1 full bed, 1 queen sleeper) and is just a short walk to the sugary white beach of

the Gulf of Mexico. One path to the beach leads to the more populated side of the canal, and another path leads to a more secluded, undeveloped beach (pet friendly). Mexico Beach is a quiet, family-friendly beach town with small shops and restaurants, sidewalks, fishing, and, of course, plenty of beach access.
