We are moving from out of state, so accommodating moving people and helping with our deliveries has been stressful but Adrian has been helping with all of it. It makes this much easier for us and he is always available if you need him. I am also in the real estate world myself, so when I see someone who goes above and beyond, it’s actually nice."

Great review from OverClass... "The word “Exceptional” wouldn’t give justice to the service provided by Adrian. I rent, and my condo was sold forcing me to move out within 15 days. This was during the Christmas / New year holiday to give context so you can imagine how challenging it was to conduct business when everyone’s with family or at leisure. Yet, Adrian was relentless in finding a new home for me within my budget and preference. Using all available resources he finalized a lease in a beautiful condo downtown within days. This process can take up to two weeks in most cases. Having a knowledgeable and reputable agent like Adrian in a time of need and chaos was invaluable. The process couldn’t have been smoother. I was even able to tap in to Adrian’s real estate law expertise and connections to understand my rights with owners who were very unprofessional about me leaving my old unit. All in all, my move, in such a small window of time, would not have been possible without Adrian and now I can enjoy 2024 in the perfect home. Can’t thank him enough for his help and would recommend to anyone in need."
