Our private rentals offers the conveniences and amenities of a hotel in addition to the benefits of experiencing elegant and spacious luxury apartments. Comparable accommodations in a traditional hotel may equate to renting a Presidential Suite! Many of our units have ocean, beach and intracoastal waterway views with southern exposure while others have direct ocean views with eastern or northern exposure. We also have direct oceanfront suites directly facing the beach with large balconies for entertaining and sunbathing in private. Rentals include use of all resort facilities, health clubs, hot tubs and swimming pools, and direct access to sandy private beach. Drinks, snacks, grill and bar all available at poolside, lounge and restaurant for breakfast and fine dining, gift shop, room service all managed and serviced separately by the Alexander Hotel or the Fontainebleau Hotel. Massage therapy and beauty salon, concierge and optional valet parking are all available as part of your resort experience. Wi-Fi included. We are centrally located on Millionaire’s Row between North Beach and South Beach, offering residents plenty of opportunities for shopping, dining and entertainment as well as convenient access to and from the city. Close proximity to these areas provides our guests with a multitude of cafes and restaurants. Within a few miles there are famous clothing and accessories outlets for even the most demanding of shoppers. There are numerous beaches for sunbathing as well as ample dockage for yachts.
