Important: hurricane Milton is heading toward Orlando as a Category 3 hurricane
Hurricane Milton, which formed in the southwestern Gulf of Mexico, is to pass over the Orlando area as a powerful Category 3 major hurricane on Thursday Oct. 10th, 2024.
While the storm’s path and intensity may shift in the coming days, your safety is our top priority. We are offering our current Orlando guests the flexibility to shorten, extend, change dates, or cancel reservations penalty-free this week. We’ve also temporarily waived all our pet restrictions to make it easier for evacuees to find a safe place to stay. 🐶🐱🐰
If you’re scheduled to arrive after Thursday Oct 10th, please be aware that we may not be able to guarantee your home will be fully prepared due to potential storm-related disruptions. Rest assured, we’ll make every effort to have your home clean and ready, but the safety of our staff remains our priority. We also depend on the availability of power, water, and road access after the storm.
If your trip to Orlando this week is not essential, we recommend postponing your stay until we have a better understanding of conditions following the storm.
