We love to work with the agent community to provide product and GoCCL training, while sharing sales knowledge, resources and group ideas to help agents grow and become more successful and productive. Each month our team travels to a reg

ion or group of cities, to provide a variety of events and training opportunities for the agent community to participate and learn. And when possible, we volunteer at a local nonprofit, or participate in a community event, to increase awareness of Carnival and drive business to the agent community.

Our Story

This team is co-led by Senior Directors Sheila LeBlanc & Alicia Steuart and supported by Directors Todd Satterlee & Gwen Mamula. With 80 years of combined experience, each team member brings a diverse portfolio of industry knowledge and insight. While involved with ASTA, NACTA, CLIA & other national trade associations and conferences, the team also hosts Carnival Conversations, assist at the WUATA events and conducts in depth product trainings in cities across the U.S. and Canada. In addition, CIAT provides monthly newsletters, host virtual trainings as well as develop new methods to mentor and inspire the home-based agent community. We hope to connect with you soon!
