While there are just about a billion ways that you can increase sales (READ: You can 100% increase sales, never stop believing that!), this is my #1 tip on how to increase sales through Instagram.
And, it’s something you can do TODAY in less than 5 MINUTES.
👊 Change your Instagram Name.
Your Instagram name is SEARCHABLE and it needs to include what you do.
Keep your business name and add what type of product you sell after it. BE SPECIFIC.
This one change alone, from “Kristen Fulchi Design Studio” to “Kristen Shopify Expert”, has led not only to an increase in followers but to actual inquiries in my DMs on a REGULAR BASIS – something that rarely happened before I changed my name.
Some of these inquiries aren’t even following me on Instagram 😱
Yet, they searched for what they needed “Shopify expert”, my profile appeared, and they reached out.
You should make it as easy as possible for your ideal customers to find you. Start showing up where they're looking for you by simply adding a keyword to your name!
You can also add things like hashtags and a location to your Instagram bio that will help people find you 🤯

When shopping meets feel good vibes... Our amazing client @primpboutique is launching their new brand refresh today!
There are so many beautiful subtleties that went into the rebrand of this company. We brought back to life the original vision for the boutique (a vivid memory of getting ready with the girls before heading out for the night), finding ways to weave this into their brand voice, personality, social media strategy, and of course their design elements.
It was important in this rebrand that we didn't stray too far from the original logo design. We didn't want it to look like an entirely different brand, but for it to simply get a facelift, find a little meaning, and show off their story in a whole new light.
We brought all of the letters in their logo to rest on one grounding line to represent the down-to-earth realness of the brand, tightened up the mid-section lines of "P"'s and "R" to modernize it a bit, and kept a flair in the "R" as a nod to their original logo as well as the playful, fun, feminine side of the brand.
Every element of the brand is just so detailed and too good to not continue to share so we'll be celebrating their launch week with a few more peeks at all the fun (their illustrations are GORGEOUS!) in the days ahead!
