Welcome to Joe Hartsig, who has joined Raines as a Managing Director leading our Retail practice. Based in our Chicago office, Joe has extensive experience across the retail and consumer sectors, serving as Chief Merchandising Officer for both Bed Bath and Beyond and Walgreens.

Joe also was a corporate officer for Walmart, where he held senior merchandising roles, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Acosta Group, a multibillion-dollar sales and marketing agency that serves leading retailers, consumer products, and foodservice companies. Joe will partner closely with Lisa Mann, who leads our Consumer Practice.

Raines' New York Office was happy to make a difference this week by volunteering with City Harvest, NYC's largest food rescue organization. The team helped City Harvest collect 3,100 pounds of fresh produce to be used at food pantries across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Raines also donated to City Harvest the equivalent of 15,000 pounds of food for New Yorkers in need.

Based in Miami, Rick comes to Raines from True Search, where he was a partner and co-head of its Product, Data, & Technology Practice.
