All items must be paid prior to shipping. Customized invitations and other party goods require 75% payment at the time the order is placed, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping. have a life time guarantee on the stringing and closures for bracelets and necklaces. Due to the unique nature of most pieces, elements may not be available to recreate the exact same piece.
