Master Leasing is becoming if not the most popular Business model... for those who don’t know what a master lease is ...it’s simple it’s a annual lease that gives you owner rights or the permission to sublease the property to others in this case travelers. Never understood when people said work life balance ... until I heard @tonyrobbins say work life integration.. that appealed to me much more. It’s hard to be a balancing act but to have both play be one was eye opening. This clip of one of the family’s we have the pleasure of managing there home ..they are from Martinique 🇲🇶 and when in town we have dinner listen to music, dance and eat like they do..which is awesome 👏 they eat good 😉 . Never had duck liver until one of these dinners a few months back...pretty tasty. So for those that manage properties for owners I suggest building a real relationship around the service you provide. It helps with communication, trust and a good old time with friends. 🚀🚀

Sometimes things slip through the cracks like water. At our Key Largo home we had some guests that damaged a lot of linens and some items where missing. We did not get it all repaired or restocked in time for our new arrivals. Let’s just say they where not happy, instead of sending someone I decided to head down there at 4-5pm when we got the call and handle this myself with the help of 1 Housekeeper. We arrived around 8pm due to insane traffic ..lol the housekeeper even fell asleep 😴 on the way it was that drawling ..I wanted to sleep also. Stopped at Walmart and a few other places to pick up the missing items and made it happen. Left around 10pm... The guests where so happy that we made it happen that the feeling about reservation was completely turned around. No matter the time, location or distance to get there ... you have to. “Make sh*t Happen” we are in the business of servicing memories ... that’s why people take vacations, to build memories with loved ones..and we are here to make sure we add to that and not take away from it. #briefhomes

We Decided to have a Random BBQ for a few friends, hosts and associates this past Saturday. The BBQ was an awesome idea but doing it less than 24 hours after removing 4 wisdom Teeth was not 🤦🏾‍♂️. Surrounding yourself with like minded ppl is so so important... a lot of the ppl in this video I met about a year ago or less and I have spend more time with them than ppl I’ve known for years. If your trying to go somewhere it’s best to travel with those heading in the same direction..and the whole idea of the BBQ was to hangout and not be so formal all them time. Not to mention it was storming outside and a bunch of ppl still showed up. RIBS, BEER, HENNY, MACARONI N CHEESE, HOT DOGS, BURGERS.... some ppl stayed from 3- 11pm .. that never happens at our regular meets. Thank you all for coming 🙏🏽 I wish you all much success.
