The LongReach Foundation is thrilled to partner once again with the Orange Bowl Committee to co-sponsor two amazing community events this season! Join us for the Orange Bowl Fall Family Fest in Homestead, FL on November 23rd and the Orange Bowl Holiday Family Fest in Lake Worth Beach, FL on December 21st. Bring the whole family and enjoy a kid’s fun zone, music and live entertainment, giveaways, prizes and more! These family-friendly events promise a fun-filled time with activities for all ages! Anyone in the LongReach Facebook network know of any individuals or groups that could help cook and distribute BBQ in north Florida? Following Hurricane Idalia, Operation BBQ Relief is set up in Live Oak, FL and urgently looking for volunteers. It’s a great organization to work with and one that the LongReach Foundation has partnered with on a number of occasions. Please help them to provide hot meals to those in need if you can, thanks!

The LongReach Foundation was pleased to support our local homeless mission in Miami, The Caring Place, by recently providing five thousand sustainable and eco-friendly oral health kits manufactured by Swedish-based, The Humble Company. The kits contained sustainable bamboo toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental picks, floss and cotton swabs. In turn, The Humble Company, generously donated 1,000 bamboo toothbrushes to The Caring Place. Two wonderful organizations that do such excellent work, each in their own way.

As we head into the Fourth of July weekend, usually a celebratory time, our hearts go out to everyone affected by the tragic building collapse in Surfside, which is the third largest building failure in the history of the United States. The LongReach Foundation has donated to assist those families hurt by this terrible tragedy at: www.supportsurfside.org.
