Slayed the day on Friday for a quick day off from school before friends checked in yesterday- who wants a mini-fall getaway in the coming weeks?!

Per our usual…..we cleaned up at Dinges Fall Harvest 🎃🌽, made our way to Garwood Orchards 🍎, stopped for 🍕 at Patellie's,🍦from Oink's Dutch Treat, and home in time for sunset on the beach….and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect.

Fall is our favorite in Beachwalk! And this coming weekend is the first time our house will be open since May if you want to grab it....AND it's the last weekend all amenities are open if you want to hit the pool or go kayaking or paddle boarding after your pumpkin or apple patch picking! (Thank you Luke Stuckmeyer for taking some great pictures last weekend for us!)

Beachwalk is so peaceful in the fall, deer take the place of beach goers walking down the street past our house….a much different vibe than the beachy resort energy in the summer…..although you can still get lots of action if needed by making stops at all of the incredible wineries, breweries and distilleries in Harbor Country. Shady Creek Winery is our new favorite just 10 minutes from us.

Lots of orchards and patches near us too…. and our kids are always happy to fish and catch frogs and turtles no matter what the temperature is…and of course the sunsets truly can’t be beat. Or you could stay with us for a Notre Dame Football game as we are 45 minutes from South Bend. 🏈

And that’s a wrap on Summer 2024! 💕

This rock garden as you enter our house is one of the reasons why Three Little Birds is so special to us….each rock representing friends and family who have made memories at our house. Being able to have our home be your home means everything- and most people coming back year after year reinforces that we must be doing something right. 😊

I know there are many new friends looking to book for next summer so I’ll be reaching out to everyone from this past summer soon to lock in weeks if interested and then following up with everyone on my list.

In the meantime, the off-season in Beachwalk is my absolute favorite and so much cheaper (and quieter) than summer! All amenities are open through September too….get your orchards in, pumpkin patches and so much more. There are TONS of great things to do right near us in the fall. 🔥🎣🌅🌊🎃🍎🍏

The following dates are open for the remainder of the season while the pool and all amenities are still open. Weeks or long weekends available as I know lots of kids will be back in school…or book ahead for a long weekend in the fall with pumpkin patches, apple picking, great wineries, breweries and so much more.

And I know lots of you are waiting to hear back about booking next summer- once the summer is over I will check in with all of our friends to see if they want their weeks again and then reach out to everyone else. Thanks for your patience!

Anyone need a cicada-free, mini-getaway with all amenities open but off-season rates!? You’d also get to enjoy our brand new firepit/patio! We don’t normally offer shorter stays in the summer but we have a quick window open June 2-June 5 if anyone’s interested in getting in this summer! 💕

Anyone looking to take advantage of all of the incredible amenities at Beachwalk but hasn’t been able to get in for summer?? Here’s your chance! We have a long weekend available May 30-June 2 between rentals and it’s full go with all of our summer offerings at a cheaper rate than our summer weeks!

Bring on summer! The Beach Hut in Beachwalk is our go to spot for ice cream, snacks, breakfast, lunch, coffee and more all summer….and about a minute or two stroll down from our house. 🩷

There’s so much to do in the off-season in Beachwalk…..you’ll probably spot some deer walking past as you take our golf cart down to our brand new playground, family game nights with a huge closet full of games, toys, arts and crafts and video games….in addition to 🎣🚲🎾⛳️🏀🔥🏓 all in Beachwalk…..also strolls on Lake Michigan which is steps from our house, breweries, wineries, restaurants, biking the trails, spas, casinos, shows, shopping and more!

Book the most convenient, and probably cheapest, spring break get away yet! No planes, no long car rides, no huge suitcases, no itineraries….just some good old fashioned, stress-free family bonding. 💕
