Moana is one of my favorites! I have the heart of Te Fiti tattooed on my back. I can not wait until this opens! Queue the water works (no pun intended) the first time I walk through this stunning new attraction! It's going to be incredible!

Today we had Disney Club after school. We voted to follow a tutorial to draw Grumpy. The kids had so much fun and everyone showcased their work at the end. They begged to stay longer! Anyone who says you can't build relationships with kids in a virtual setting is sorely mistaken!

Beginning July 30, face coverings are required for all Walt Disney World and Disneyland Guests (ages 2 and up) while indoors and in Disney buses, monorail and Disney Skyliner, regardless of vaccination status. This includes upon entering and throughout all attractions. Face coverings remain optional for all Guests in outdoor common areas.

Where are my Moana fans? Clearly that's me! I have the Heart of Te Fiti tatooed on my shoulder! I NEED TO STAY HERE! These new rooms are stunning. Sitting with your toes in the sand, sipping a lapu-lapu, watching the fireworks at Magic Kingdom (when they return) sounds like a perfect night! Reimagining is underway at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort at Walt Disney World Resort!

Have a look at these new photos Disney just shared, taking you inside a newly reimagined guest room at the resort. These reimagined spaces feature a new color palette inspired by the Pacific Ocean and its many islands, including details, patterns and textures from the hit Walt Disney Animation Studios film “Moana” – look closely and you might even spot some characters from the story!

You’ll also see all-new furnishings and fixtures. In the bathrooms, for instance, Disney Imagineers took inspiration from the sandy ocean floor for the tiles and carved details in the vanity. The colorful patterns found throughout the room bring a whole new energy to the space, evoking undulating ocean waves and tropical flowers.

Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is now accepting bookings for late July 2021, and the next time you pull up to the Great Ceremonial House, you’ll notice even more exciting changes we’re currently working on. The porte cochere is in the midst of a dramatic overhaul that will feature a high-pitched, open-truss roof covered in a thatch style with pops of color. Above the porte cochere, the Monorail station is receiving new wooden screens with tropical colors, adding to the open and airy vibe befitting of the South Seas.
