With our Guest Rory Cummins - grew up in Charlotte NC & studied business at ASU. He spent the next 8 yrs as a project manager in new home construction though I later moved into sales. After a few years, he decided to leave the US to fulfill a dream of world travel which took me through 5 continents over 1-1/2 years. The experience was life changing, and he met my wife while traveling & ended up back in Charlotte. In the past few years he's flipped 21 homes, grown a Realtor business, managed Airbnbs and long term rentals, & he's currently with Keller Williams. He has a 1 yr old and 4 yr old daughter that keep him engaged. He's a voracious reader, loves to mountain bike & he's addicted to travel.
