My client finally found a home they love 👏 but it's a "For Sale By Owner". What does my client do in this case?

They call their Realtor! 🙋‍♂️

Most homeowners who “sell by owner” are trying to save on cost but what I do in this case is contact the seller, explain my role in the transaction and discuss the buyer agent commission.

I will still handle everything on my client's behalf as usual. Negotiating price, setting up the inspection, helping my clients understand it, renegotiating price if needed, pointing them in the right direction for insurance, contractors and more!

Spring is near and the Real Estate Market is heating up! 🏡☀️

If you're getting ready to sell you'll want your home to stand out from the rest. Here are some tips to get you there!

1️⃣ Hire an expert agent to guide you through the process. The right agent is someone you can trust will price your home correctly, market it appropriately, negotiate the best price on your behalf, and facilitate the more challenging parts of the sale to ensure things go smoothly.

2️⃣ Spruce up Curb Appeal! This includes pressure washing your homes siding if its been awhile. Also washing the driveway and walkways. Refreshing or adding mulch can be affordable and can really make a difference! Trim shrubs and even planting a few flowers 🌻

3️⃣ Prepare your yard. After winter your lawn may need some attention. Cleanup any sticks and leaves left behind from fall. Rake and mow. Invest in some seed and fertilizer.

4️⃣ Spring Clean! Deep clean bathrooms and kitchen. Dust and wipe down appliances. Consider a professional carpet cleaning ✨

5️⃣ De-Clutter! Spring is a great time to do this. Think about these three categories when going through your things:
• Toss or Donate, Organize, or Store
Doing this can help the spaces in your home appear larger and more inviting.

6️⃣ Freshen up Paint. A fresh coat of paint can make a big difference but if that's not an option, consider cleaning your walls and baseboards.

7️⃣ Create a welcoming porch or patio. This along with your landscaping will be the first few things your buyers see so it's important to make a good first impression! Sweep or blow off the hard surfaces. Add a few planters. Clean the front door and windows. Add a new Welcome mat 🤗
