With our knowledgeable agents and personalized service, we are confident that no other travel management firm is better suited to assist you in determining the proper balance of cost savings vs. convenience, personalized services vs. automated solutions, and outsourcing vs. We offer the area's only travel management program that is completely customized to the requirements of each individual client. Before the first reservation is made, our Client Services Representative will interview the “key” employees responsible for policy decision, travel coordination, and financial reporting to determine their expectations and requirements. We will then analyze previous travel patterns and policies in an effort to understand areas that are working well and identify opportunities for improvement. Only then can we develop a “Travel Program” and pricing strategy that is most appropriate for each client’s unique travel patterns and needs. SUMMER 2020 TRAVELS! Another great Caribbean destination this summer was St Lucia! The Piton Mountains make for the perfect landscape for hikes and boat cruises, not to mention the incredible wildlife and rare plants making for some instagram-worthy shot! Travelers can’t miss out on chocolate tours and chocolate making classes as well as other food and rum tours! A perfect place to lounge at the beach or cruise around on a boat or even try your hand at scuba diving along some of the many coral reefs!

Surrounding area has zip lines, golf courses and boutique shops perfect for browsing and exploring the nearby Middleburg area. This was the best quick-getaway option this summer!
