We were founded back in 1989 as A & J Travel of Milan, Michigan. On December 1, 2014 we changed our name to what it is today. The name has changed, but the service is even better than ever before. You can depend on us because giving the agency the owner's name makes business personal. I'm Charles Pratt and I want to treat clients like family. That's why I named this agency after myself. r 30 years of travel experience, including travel throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, and the United States. I'm an Accredited Cruise Counsellor with Clia, member with ASTA and NACTA, have complete several cruise line certified trainings, and I am a Certified Sandals Specialist. Most importantly to me, I have completed The Special Needs Group Certified Accessible Travel Advocate training.
